Soyo dragin + jumpers?

where are the jumpers to set the cpu speed, or is this all done on boot-up?

This is all done in the BIOS.

There are only two jumpers on the board. One to set to raid and the other to clear cmos. All other setting are in the BIOS.

One tip is that when you first boot if you do not have a cpufan plugged into the cpufan1 on the mobo then hold down the insert key to bypass the FOC. Then set the FOC in the BIOS to disable. If you don't you will get a long beeeep and shutdown, as I did.
