Soyo Drag+ No boot, shutoff after 5 sec

Setup:
New Soyo KT333 Dragon+
XP 2200
PC3200 512mb Geil stick
Enermax 300W PSU

I've been trying to boot this thing up and I've run into a problem; it will turn on (power to 12v, mobo, everything) but shut itself off after 5 seconds. I tried connecting the cpu fan to cpufan1 header but it still loses the boot. So then I tried to cancel the shutoff due to no fan on the header by hitting insert and it was still shutting off. No video. I booted w/ no ram and got no beeps...any ideas? I've reseated the cpu, video card, and disconnected EVERYTHING. Help please! I'm leaving for college tomorrow and was hoping to have the computer running by then. thanks!

Can you get in the bios quick enough to find out what the temperature is getting to before it reboots? I had a similar problem once on my dragon when my heatsink was not sitting flat on the CPU and basically it would warm up to 60 C and shutdown. I was really surprised how quick the temperature would get up there too, I would say it was around 5-10 seconds ... it would not make it to windows bootup.
