Soyo Bayone on GA-7VTXH ?

I am trying to hook up the Soyo Bayone flash reader to the Gigabyte board, but the pin assignment won't let me hook up to the pins on the motherboard. Is there a PCI card I could use that would have internel pins that would let me hook this up. Thanks for your help.
