What FSB/Memory dividers are avaialble with 800mhz or faster FSB??

1:1 4:5 or 2:3 (NOT 5:4).

Other reviews stated

0.8 was avaialbe (that works out to 5:4)

The anandtech review showed a FB of 270mhz.
Does anyone know if

5:4
and
3:2

are avail in the new bios? there is NO readme on the soyo site

DocACE,

I don't have a definite answer for you about the "CPU:DRAM ratio" for this motherboard. As I had stated in another thread, according to the manual, the available "DRAM:CPU ratio" settings in the BIOS are AUTO (1:1), 1.33 (4:3), and 1.25 (5:4). However, on page 19 of the manual, which can be viewed online at http://www.soyousa.com/dl/manuals/p4/mp4icw10.pdf, you might notice that the Memory Frequency Table includes a notation stating that an 800MHz FSB CPU can be used with either PC3200 or PC2700 memory. When using PC2700, "the memory frequency runs at 320MHz (instead of 333MHz) due to chipset limitations." This amounts to a "CPU:DRAM ratio" of 0.8 (4:5). Since this setting is not an option in the BIOS, it seems to reason that it is the default ratio when set to AUTO and using either (1) an 800MHz FSB CPU with PC2700 memory or (2) an overclocked 800MHz FSB CPU with PC3200 memory.

BTW, have you asked SOYO Technical Support to clarify this?
