Soyo rebates are infamous for not getting fulfilled. Just google it and you will see.
Many people here at ATHDs will probably tell the same thing to you. The ones that got hooked into the SOYO motherboard deals from Newegg, Microcenter, etc. They might have a reputation that's worse than TD rebates. Not crapping, just warning you and others about the potential for Soyo's customer abuse.

Not crapping either, but took me a year to get a soyo rebate on a bundle from TD - it was Soya, not TD. I would ask myself if $150.00 is a good price, because I would not count on getting the rebate.
