Hi,
I am having the most annoying problem in the world. My sony dvd-rw is saying that these DVD-R disc are not empty with any program I try (DVD Decrypter, Nero, Alcohol 120). I have burned to these exact same media a LOT, and even last night!!!
I have tried many discs from the pile, all say the same thing. I think I made some sort of bios change last night but I think I put everything back.
I tried upgrading the firmware...that didn't help either.
Please help!!!!
[SOLVED]: I actually rewrote the same firmware b/c I had used the backup function and it had overwritten the new firmware I had w/ the old one w/o me realizing! After truly updating the firmware, it works again! How weird though that it all of a sudden didn't work...
