Southern ATOTers

Many states have them not just the South (go go go stereotyping). Usually they are considered a "hardship license" and again many, if not most, states will offer them. I imagine each state has different requirements, but they can vary such as a parental physical disability, remoteness of the home, agricultural homestead, et cetera.

Yea, my dad had one when he was 15. I think there are restrictions on them too, like no driving at night or something.
