Southbridge Heatsink

My sounthbridge on my mobo gets hot. Hot to the point where I cannot press my finger on it. I'm not overclocking, so I'm sure it's ok, but I still don't like the fact that the chip is that hot. Is there a passive heatsink out there that fits on a southbridge?

Also has anyone else experienced this?

I bought the Vantec Copper Chipset Cooling Kit and it came with the heatsink/fan for the northbridge and a passive copper heatsink for the southbridge. I used Arctic Silver Epoxy to affix it on the southbride. Attaching a southbridge heatsink will void your warranty. I did it just for looks as my southbridge doesn't get warm at all (touching it when its on it is about the same temp as whe the computer has ben off for hours)

I got one from UFOKILLERZ here and my sound no longer gets staticy when playing games after a long time. Using onboard sound.

what is UFOKILLERZ ?

svc.com has stuff for any cooling project and cheap first class shipping for small orders if you're willing to accept all shipping risks (IOW, no insurance).
