It's actually Matamoros, and it is in Mexico (right over the border). You should definitely go. American laws are way, way too restrictive when it comes to partying spring break style. Not to mention that you will probably save some cash. It does help if you speak a bit of spanish though.

Anyway, have fun, party hard, and while you're down there, pour out one for the homies who are stuck at home chillin on ATOT.
