This is probably a stupid question but here goes...I have heard people talk about the temps of there Southbridge and Northbridge being too high and how the temps went down after installing a heat sink on either or both of them. My question are:
How does a person see the temp on the Northbridge and Southbridge?
Is there software out there that gives this information or is it in the BIOS?
Does it depend on the motherboard?
Do they just feel the areas with there hand to tell the difference?
This is an area of modding I am new at and just starting to pursue and would like all the help in measuring the temps that I can get. Thanks.
