hey all, i'm thinking of getting a wc setup up and running for christmas and i was wondering where i could find the 120x38mm Sanyo Denki fans. Particularly the 109R1212F102 model. if anyone knows where i can pick one or two of these up i'd really appriciate it.

This place carries a lot of S D fans. They don't appear to have the F102, but they do have a "M102" and an "H102".

Is there a particular reason you need that exact fan? There are many other 120mm fans that give very similar performance vs. noise. Check out the cooling vendors that are linked in the Cooling vendor thread that should be "stickied".

I think you should be able to find a 51CFM, 37dB 120mm fan pretty easily. There's a 84CFM/35dB Sunon here, the Panaflo L1A is 69CFM/30dB. Here's a 120mm Papst that's 55CFM/26dB. Etc, etc;.

the reason i like the SD fans is not so much airflow as pressure. the SD models have can deal with a lot of backpressure (like a heater core) better than most other models. i have looked at the sunon and the panaflo models, they are kind of my plan B. I'm also considering a mechatronics fan but it is only 25mm thick.
