I have a Lian-Li case that is missing its mobo screws. (Lian-Li uses the pop in mounting posts.) Retailer is being a @sshole, I'll deal with them later. I need a quick source on some #6-32*8 screws. I believe that is a number 6 screw with a 32 pitch, 8 mm long. I have checked a few of the mod/case parts sites with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

Check your local hardware store or Home Depot. I've found screws like that there... You might need to look through all the trays of small screws, but they should have them there. The way the screws are spec'd out, it's a #6 (size) 32 is the thread per inch count, and the 8 is the length (as you guessed)...

im sure if lian-li has a tech number you can call they'll probably mail you some for free jus say your case didnt come w/ the required amount
edit: you could always post it on the classifieds i think my lian li came w/ a few too many stand offs if i was at my house instead of the dorms id go through my schwag and find you some to mail you. there are definitely other peep on this forum w/ extra standoffs

Shoot me either an email or PM with your address and I'll drop some of my 'spare' screws in the mail to ya... I have more than enough to give you some and still have plenty on hand.

This is a freebie, since I'll be able to send them via regular mail.. Just tell me how many you really need...

Thanks for the help guys. I am not sure I made myself clear, I don't need the mobo mounts, I need the screws that thread into the mounts. Akira, thanks for the offer, that's above and beyond the call of duty. I am going to try the local hardware store this weekend. I didn't think about them having machine screws. If they don't have it, I'll be in touch.
