Scratchless media? Sorry, mechanical media is obsolete. I won't touch anything from here on out that measures transfer rates in KBs or 10s of MBs per second. Flash, MRAM, FeRAM, or go home. Fuck spinning discs and 15 day random access times.

Cell is an OK CPU but its old and out dated, and doesn't do anything for the GPU.

PS3 is defeated by a $500 PC with a Core i7 and GF5x. Adding RAM to a 5 year old computer is laughable in a day where 16 GB RAM costs $180.

Beyond that why would it even matter when the best games on PS are Uncharted/Socom/etc? These are crap franchises compared to the Gears of Wars/Halos of the world, honestly. I'm a PS3 guy but I'm just saying....

Im not a PS3 fan "only" for I am a multi-console gamer. But in my opinion, I think Gears or Halo doesn't hold a candle to the likes of God Of War / Metal Gear Solids

Also to the OP you must be on some Ganja shit or something PS3 is sporting a neutered 7800 GT from like 2005. The GPUs in Wii U and Xbox 720 will smack the PS3 around like nothing. They cannot just "soup" up the PS3 with more RAM, the hardware must change.

You missed Fable and Splinter Cell for the 360, and that is just off the top of my head.
