Sounds in Firefox not playing

Hey guys

Ive recently upgraded to the newest firefox

I have a Lenovo T61 with VISTA BUSINESS

I had v 2.0.0.12 and recently got it to 2.0.0.13

With 12, I had this sound problem that randomly started one day in which it would not play any sound from any video or mp3 file on the internet

So I uninstalled and then reinstalled hoping that that would help solve my problem but to no avail

I've searched the net for others with the same issue, however many have UBUNTU and I have VISTA BUSINESS

I have the regular Intel HDMax card installed-

If anyone has any info- it'd be much appreciated

The current version is 2.0.0.14. Did you try updating?

Have you set the volume control for Firefox to mute?

Have you tried re-installing plugins like Flash, then trying Youtube?
