Soundproofing cases- need ideas...pic inside

Finally got a digital camera, here's a pic of my case lined with accoustic foam. Got rid of the fop38 and replaced all the fans with panaflos - so far its made a noticeable difference in the noise level but the case is still in progress. Anyone have any ideas.

no ideas as far as the foam is concerned, but i have one suggestion: cable manage, cable manage, cable manage. the floppy cable is good, and the rest of your ides are stashed away, but those power cables have to be taken care of. you even put a fan on your northbridge, but your airflow would be much better if you did something with those power cables.

why are you using dynamat and acoustic foam like your sig states?

Thought about it but cable management with loom isn't really a viable option for me, since I switch hardware so often. The chipset fan is actually standard on all abit kt7. The fan is of cheap construction and noisy so I'm looking to replace it with a passive hs.

Its a 2 year old Gateway oem case. Gateway discontinued this case, it was officially known as the "new look" case or better known by many as the egg case. Good construction but it doesn't support a standard atx power supply. Uses a proprietary slim profile ps, that's why I still have to make do with a 200watt ps.
