Soundcards - which have 44.1 KHz digital out?

I know my old Montego II Plus supports both 44 and 48 KHz sample rates in its digital outs, and I know older Creative cards only supported 48 KHz for digital (which meant CD audio had to be upsampled).

Anyone know which Creative cards offer 44 KHz digital out? Live 5.1, audigy, audigy2?

Do the Herc GTXP and Fortissimo III offer 44 KHz digital out?

Just wondering which cards are good for CD audio playback for my music jukebox PC, since the motherboard analog audio is a little weak.

audigy supports
44.1 , 48, and 96

i use analog though because it sounds better with my speakers anyway

Audigy2 like its predecessors resamples 44.1kHz to 48kHz and there is no way to avoid this.

You shouldn't be able to output at 44.1kHz through the SPDIF, even Creative's spec page says this:

SPDIF output up to 24-bit at 48 or 96kHz

I know I don't have that option, so not sure how you got it. Also take a look at this review:

He has an Audigy, you're talking about Audigy 2...

You mean they had 44.1 in the audigy1 then removed it from the auidgy2 ? That's odd even for Creative.
