soundblaster live! vs. nforce2 onboard sound??

hello all. i'm no audio expert and was wondering if there would be any noticeable difference if i used my soundblater live! or my onboard sound. i have a soltek "golden flame" mobo with the nforce 2 chipset. i don't have really expensive klipsch speakers and don't run the sound through my stereo. i have a basic 3 speaker setup that works pretty damn good concidering the price. so, what noticeable difference is there between these two chips? the only thing i can think of is the EAX with the soundblaster while i play games. i'm not sure if the nforce2 has that.

The Nforce sound uses less CPU resources then the SBlive and does not hog IRQ5 !
