Just got a new pc Gateway 700xb P4 2Gigs and can't get full surround out of my speakers with this sound card. Everything was fine on my old P2 with Yahmaha Sound card. Can anyone offer any help?

Select the 4-speaker setup from the SBLive Audio HQ app-- it defaults at 2-channel audio.
Enjoy!

Skibby9, I have 4 speakers selected using Audio HQ and when I run the test all I get is: Front Left, Front Right. Is there a reason the rear speakers aren't registering?

Try turning the fade knob all the way up on the control center thingy, that will prolly do the trick. I got these speakers on the Dell deal, great sound. Hope that fixes it so you can enjoy them!

problem finally solved guys. It was a combination of things. MD3 was engaged. Audio input connection was loose and a few other stupid mistakes. Sometimes you really can't see the forest through the trees! Thanks for all the help! :)
