Soundblaster driver

I bought an OEM Creative Soundblaster Audigy LS card on Ebay. Since it was OEM they didn't send any drivers with it. Creative offers no drivers for my card, only updates. The card was meant to be installed into a Gateway computer so I went to their website. They don't offer the correct version either. They offer the LS (SE) but not the standard LS.

Can anyone give me any other ideas as to where to find a driver for this card? Or, better yet, email the driver to me!

I'm running on XP by the way. Here's the stats of the card:

Creative sound blaster audigy LS PCI SB0090

If more info is needed, please let me know. As of now, this card is worthless to me. I'd hate to have to bite the bullet and buy a non-OEM card simply because I couldn't locate a driver...

thanks in advance!!

no, I'm afraid that's the same driver update offered on Creative's website. I've tried that one many times. It keeps telling me that no Audigy card is detected. But XP detects the card so I know that it's installed correctly. The only reason I can think of for getting that error message is because I don't have the actual driver installed when trying to update it. But that's just my theory...

any other ideas?

I've had trouble finding creative drivers as well... Just login to driverguide.com (user: drivers pass: all) and search for a suitable driver.

Thank you for the link. I ended up getting the driver. I managed to find out what the file name was of the driver and searched Creative's site for it. Even though it wasn't listed when I went though and picked my card, OS, etc, they still had the file on their website. But I'll keep that link handy incase I run into this problem again!
