This prolly been covered before but a search didn't find the answer i was looking for. Anyways, i noticed a few days ago that sblive.com had updated driver for my sblive with no need of liveware being installed. Then earlier i checked windowsupdate and it had a soundblaster update again, the same one i download when i installed winxp a couple weeks ago. My question is do i keep using just the creative drivers or install the ones from windowsupdate?
 
I did the same thing, After I installed the creative drivers & hq I tried to update just the driver its self from win update. It seemed to work fine until playing a game then noticed that my surround was gone.So I reinstalled the creative driver and left it alone.If it ain't broke don't fix it..............
