Soundblaster 512 pci-is this a good sound card for Abit KG7

Need help in chosing a sound card for Abit KG7. Need to know if Soundblaster 512 PCI is a good card & would work well w/ this motherboard?? Found it on clearance for $35. Never had a real sound card. I currently have Altec Lansing ASC33 speakers, but would like to upgrade some day. Like to listen to mp3's. Want to spend around $50. or less. Thanks.

i wouldnt get anything less than a sb live nowadays.

Thanks for the tip. So darn many soundblaster cards out that it's hard to figure out which one to go with. So the 512 is below Live. I really don't know much about sound cards. NewEgg is the best, though.
Ordered the sounblaster live through Directron. It was only $2. more, and they sell motherboard standoffs which I desperately need. (ordered a case from compgeeks that was a cutomer return-no standoffs,tamper seal on psu broken)
