Sound Slows Down

My Sound is all Slow and Choppy
I have a AMD 64 3000+, ASUS K8N-E Deluxe, Saphhire Radeon 9600, OCZ 512MB RAM
I did a small overclock (No changes except for the FSB) and then my system booted up stable, I used Prime95 for an Hour and the system was still stable, but then when I started up a game, the video and sound were all slow and choppy, I returned the CPU to the normal settings and reinstalled my Video/Audio Drivers, The Video went back to normal, but the sound stayed slow and choppy. The Sound Manager Program that came with the audio driver had this Connection Sensing thing, I ran it and it said to check my audio ports to see if I pluged them in wrong, it was plugged in right, and it was plugged in to the same ports that it was plugged into when the sound worked.
