sound skipping on my an35n-400ultra

i think a simple heatsink ont the south bridge will fix it but i wanted to ask you guys first. what do you think i should do.

Try installing windows with apic disabled if nothing else fixes it.

I always recommend cooling the NF2 southbridge chipsets especially when they are MCP-T chips. Those puppies get really hot and cooling them seems to alleviate sound problems for me.
