Sorry, I don't know of anyway to do that. Everything is all recorded onto two tracks (stereo channels) on typical CDs you buy, so you can't separate anything out. You can get frequency separaters which will eliminate a certain frequency (say 100-150 khz, which I think is the typical male vocal range), but that will also eliminate any instruments or overtones located within that frequency, so that really isn't an option. If you get a MIDI file of the song, you can usually get the vocals on a separate track (MIDI files usually come before mixdown, when all the vocal/guitar/etc. tracks are put into the stereo tracks.
