ok guy's i didnt know where to post this but i have a chalenge for ya, im embaresed to say how long ive spent but i REALLY need a way to convert a MONO wav file to stereo, i have no idea why i cant get it to work so if anyone will help me out

UPDATE: ive discovered that its actualy a 2 channel file but only one seems to have sound, i still need some help tho....
