Everytime I play mp3's on my computer, it hear a squeaking/scratching noise in the background...it's very obvious...

My system is this:

1.2 Ghz Tbird 200fsb
IWill KK266
SoundBlaster Live! 5.1 X-Gamer
Elsa Gladiac Geforce 2 GTS
Maxtor 30gb hd
IBM 20gb hd
Antec SX830 case
and I'm running Win 2k Sp2

If i left anything out, please look in my sig under Rig. This problem is really annoying, and I want to get rid of it ASAP!

probably a problem with the mp3's. I have the same soundcard but i dont get the extra niose. Download a program called Uncook and see if that helps.
