Somehow my bro managed to break my speaker port by plugging an audio jack in it. Anyhow, now the right channel has a distinctive crackling or popping in it that I can't get rid of.
Is there a way to fix this? I'd normally just hook up my stuff to the front output, but the extension cables of the case are too short and don't reach all the way to the mobo's ports.
Do I need to start soldering a few more inches to the cables? RMA is not an option unfortunately.
