When i watch movie background sound sometimes is to loud and voice are to low andyou have to rise volume to hear dialog and then in couple of minutes you notices its to loud when you hear explosion for example and you have to lower volume. Strange thing and its with each movie i watch even dvd's.
Someone got same?

It sounds like are you using a 5.1 track with no center channel.

What is your setup for sound/speakers?
what kind of audio tracks are you listening to?
What media player are you using?

Audigy 2 ZS 7.1
Creative Inspire 7.1
Media player WinDVD 6 and Windows Media Player 9/Creative MediaSource Player.
What you mean by what kind of audio tracks?
I used to watch 5.1 audio dvd with my new setup and have this problem, also i watch divx/xvid movies, not sure what audio encoding they has.

Usually i have this problem on my old system crappy 2.1 speakers and build-in sound card watching divx/xvid movies, i think it will be fixed when i buy new sound card, speakers, but its still here.

Probably some of this divx/xvid use 5 channel, i used AC3 filter v70b but never configured it from control panel.
Could this be reason when i watch 5.1 channel movie but codec configured for 2.1 channel?
And in WinDVD i have Audio set up to "Digital (S/PDIF) out to External Processor" and audio render: direct sound also enable 96KHz/24Bit decoding checked.

Yeah also in audio card settings i have sellected when playing 5.1 content on 7.1 speakers, map Left and Right channels to side and rear speakers of 7.1 system
