sound output to voice modem?

is there a program that anybody knows of that will send the output from the sound card to a voice modem (so that sound is played onto the phone line)? I need it so I can do some fun prank calls with a judge judy sound board 😀
 
anybody? I have this program called modem spy that can play back wave files over the phone line, but how can I just get all sounds in windows to play through the voice modem?
