Just thought I would share what I did to fix my sound on the Pro 2. I am going to use the onboard sound until I get me a new PCI sound card later.
I had installed this hard drive from my old system, deleting Enum in the registry beforehand. Everything loaded back up fine, no conflicts. I loaded the main drivers and the sound drivers from the MSI CD, but no sound. I tried all, but what I finally did was delete system.dat & user.dat, and then boot to C:/safe mode, where I reloaded 98SE from the install files I had on the hard drive. Works fine now.
