Sound on Mobo Missing

I recently got my new system up and running only to discover I have no sound.
My motherboard is the Gigabyte 965P-S3 which uses Realtek audio and "Azalia" drivers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers several times with no success. I've also checked BIOS where the Audio is set correctly to "Auto" (rather than "off").
Here are some screenshots between device manager and other windows that show you what I'm seeing.
The only thing that I can find wrong is a "Plug & Play Device Enumerator" that has a Code 31 error.

Also, my 2 speakers are powered and connected correctly.

I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling BOTH drivers 3 times--once while in Safe Mode--only to still have no sound.

you may have to reformat and reinstall windows to fix that problem....make sure you have the correct and latest drivers for your hardware.

Pm'd you. Also, go into device manager and make sure you have no icons with a ! next to it. If so, right click it and hit update driver, or reinstall driver.

This should fix it for you. They talk about how to disable Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio but if you just right click on (Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio) and hit reinstall driver, you should be good to go.
