Ever since i have upgraded to windows vista, i've been noticing that while playing mp3s in winamp, the music would skip. The skips usually occur when i'm either scrolling up and down in IE7 or when i maximize or minimize windows. I have installed the latest vista compatiable "Realtek High Definition Audio" drivers for the realtek onboard sound that i have with my gigabyte motherboard. My system specs are as follows:
gigabyte 965p-ds3 rev 1.0.
intel e6400 cpu
2gb corsair value ddr2 ram
evga 7600gt video card
seagate 300gb hard drive.
Does anyone have similar issues or an idea as to how i can fix this?
