I Recently got a new monitor and am using HDMI to connect it to my laptop to use as my main monitor. When I'm out of games the sound is perfect but when i start up pretty much any game my sound starts to get glitchy and the volume starts to increase/decrease randomly. Is there anything to fix this? I've tried changing abunch of the sound settings some helped a little but didn't solve the problem entirely. The settings i changed that seemed to help a little was disabling HD audio in the sounds and turned on bass management and speaker fill within the main properties.
if it matters the headset I'm using is the logitech g430

I know Nvidia and AMD have HDMI drivers that are bundled with their video card drivers. So if you are using the HDMI off of your video card, those drivers may need an update.

If you are running off the board, try a similar approach for integrated video drivers/chipset drivers. Since the issue only occurs when you are gaming, I would guess it is related to video drivers.

Do you have any issues when watching videos/movies on your computer?
