I make amateur movies, and I wanted to know if there is any site where I can download sound effects. Preferably from the matrix. Thanks.
 
Google. It's your friend. And The Matrix sfx are probably royaltied. Most games, on the other hand, utilize royalty free sfx. With the exception of the extremely major titles, of course.
