Connecting Sound to tv through Sound Card and through 9800 ATI AIW i get a very strong distorted HUM. I've tried disconnecting the cables reconnecting them, trying through the Graphics card and the sound card. Then i thought it was the internal cord going from the graphics card to the soundcard. Disconecting reconecting nothing worked, untill i unplugged the powersupply. There is no hum when disconected from the computer and cords are connected to the stereo. The power supply is an ANTEC TRUEPOWER 380. There is a ground cable that i do not have connected to the case. When touched on the frame of the case it still hums.

Any Help is appreciated.
 
do i need to be more clear? HELP! im going to put my Audigy card in his computer tomarrow maybe that will work. If anyone knows another suggestion please help.
