Sound cards...

I have an Abit KT7A-Raid and a SBLive!. I know that the SBLive! is causing lockups, so I've decided after hours of fiddling with it, via 4in1's, bios settings, etc. to get a different sound card. Any suggestions? I need optical out, or at least digital out as I have my home theater system hooked up to it. I would like to not have to spend more than $140..

The hercules game theater xp is a great card! Nice break out box, and even usb ports! I would say that that card is the best for below 200$ game pc sound card.
