SOUND CARDS: AUDIGY or SANTA CRUZ?

I listen to alot of MP3's and do occasional gaming, gonna buy a logictec 560Z(4.1) speaker set and looking for a good sound card to go with it. Which card should I get, which one has better sound quality? They both cost around $70. Will they be able to do 4.1 output to my speakers correctly?

I've had both Santa Cruz and Audigy. Although I prefer my Audigy for overall use and gaming, I'd have to recommend the SC if your primary listening function is .mp3's. Especially running WinAmp with the MAD plug-in. Best .mp3 playback I've heard yet.
