sound card will not work

i have never had this many problems when building a computer 🙁

anyawys...i have a turtle beach santa cruz sound card that i can not get to work. the drivers have all been properly installed and it just wont work, i get no sound from my speakers. ive had this card for 2 years and i did the same thing i always do when i reformat a computer. i installed hte drivers, and nothing worked, so i uninstalled everything and rebooted. when the computer came back on, windows automatically installed the drivers and it still didnt work. also, for some reason the cimputer will not install the proper drivers for teh game port. any help as to what i can do to fix this is greatly appretiated. thanks in advance.
 
haha, it worked...jeez its always these stupid little things that get me. thanks for all the help you have been giving me.
 
thanks. ive been building computers since i was 15 years old and everytime i build a new one, i seam to run into a new minor problem...never the same problem ive had before but always something new, which keeps me guessing all the time.
