Sound card ............................w/out game port?

I recently acquired a Creativelab CT5807 sound card.
But I have no idea what it really is?

The card has no game port, only speaker out, line in and mic.
but inside it has 10-pin "J4-Front Panel Headphone" plug.

anyone know what's the schematic of this card? my pc case has from headphone plug and mic plug, I was wondering how do I connect them together.

p.s. I was wondering which card should be more stable under winxp? SB 16 or this Creativelab CT5807?
