I have a Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Gamer, and have had it for some time now. Everything has been working well with it up until the last two games I got. Both Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and Railroad Tycoon 3 are very quiet when it comes to people's voices. The voice overs in POP were almost too quiet to hear, and the conductor's voice in RR Tycoon is also too quiet.
My volume is set to the normal level in Windows (both in the Windows volume control and the Creative volume control), and other sounds are fine. Anyone have any ideas why these things may be too quiet? I also have the game volumes set accordingly. This one has me stumped...
