I used to have the Audigy OEM now I got this better card. I removed all the drivers from the system for the Audigy and later I open the ring and remove the Audigy. I read the manual for the turtle beach and said , when reboot and WinME detects the card click cancel, and load the drivers from the desktop, so I did.

now, everytime I want to shut down the ring from Start windows wont shut down so I have to press the button . Sometimes when i turned on the computer window gives me the message about the new PCI multimedia card and I must to click cancel and reboot the machine to make the sound works. Any idea how to fix this drivers o card issue?

Doh, windows ME blows. Thats the truth. A real solution would to be run windows 2k or XP. Try downloading the newest drivers for the card off the net. drivers link

Yeah, WinME isn't exactly a good OS to be using. But regarding your problem, if you go into Device Manager (My Computer => Properties => Device Manager) and double click on Sound, Video, Game Controllers do you see any yellow circled exclamation points? If so, then click on that device and reinstall its driver. And if the next time you reboot you get a message about Windows finding a new PCI multimedia card then don't cancel but instead go ahead and follow the Wizard's steps for installing the driver and see if that works.
