Sound Card Recommendations

I noticed today that my right-front speaker (Logitech Z640) stopped working. I wanted to see if it was the speaker or my on-board Realtek sound, so i plugged the front speaker jack into my mp3 player and they both worked (same thing for the center/sub and rear). I've come to the conclusion that it's my on-board sound.

Instead of going through the work of tryng to fix it, I decided I'd rather get a better independent sound card since the Realtek audio isn't so hot anyway. I use my pc to listen to music very often. What's the best sound card that I can get for my Logitech Z-640s that's under $40? (try to stay under the budget, but if its $3 or $4 over, I don't mind.)

Thanks!

Chaintech AV710 if music is your main concern. If you care more about games support, get an Audigy 2 or Audigy 2 ZS.

I'd get the AV-710 and avoid that place selling the Audigy2 for $33, that has got to be a scam. the rest are $80+ and up...
