Sound Card Question

Hello Everybody.

Have a question about sound cards. I am looking for a sound card that can maintain multiple speakers in a non standard format. By that I mean 5.1 surround in 1 room, and wire in 2 speakers in a different room. All into 1 soundcard with output control. I want to be able to change the output via software, choose either the 5.1 or the 2 speaker setups. If there isn't a sound card that can do this is their any way to run multiple soundcards in a single system and choose which one to direct audio output to easily?

I don't think they have such a thing for PC's. I can think of though that you could get an Nforce mobo and use the onboard sound (very good quality) and get a PCI soundcard and use them together.
