Sound Card / Power Supply problem

I just recently installed my new power supply, a Sparkle FSP400-60GN (400 Watt). Everything works fine except now I have no sound. My sound card is an old SB Live Value and I know its not dead because I put my old Power Supply back in and it worked fine. I also tried switching the sound card to a different PCI slot and still no luck. Anyone know whats going on and how to fix it? Thanks for any help.

P.S. The rest of my system specs are in my sig.

Fascinating problem. What do the voltages say in the motherboard's BIOS with the two different power supplies?

I checked the bios, but I'm not sure what setting you're actually looking for. What is the exact name of the setting? Thanks.

It would usually be in a section called "Hardware monitor," possibly under Power settings, and give an approximate reading of the PSU's 3.3V, 5V, 12V, -5V and -12V lines. Expect some funky readings for the negative ones, but the rest of them would be interesting to see compared.
