Sound Card help

I need help on how to find out what sound card I have without taking a look inside the tower. I just reformatted my computer and my sound doesn't work.

Is it a pci card or one built into the mobo? If its built in check the specs on the mobo's website. If its a pci card then use some x-ray goggles to look through the case...

All that I can remember is that it's a Legacy. I'll probably have to look in the tower to make sure. Kinda just didn't want to dig through it... but oh well.

For some reason it wouldn't let me download SIW. I tried both Firefox and IE. I'll just take my tower apart and look. Thanks though guys.
