Hello. I am looking to buy a new sound card. I intend to use them with Denon AH C360 and Razer BlackShark for gaming/music/movies.
I am not an Audiophle and have been using onboard audio all my life. I was happy with them till the day I heard Asus Xonar at a friend's home and realized the audio quality difference. It wasn't muddy anymore.
I have narrowed down my choices to Creative SoundBlaster Recond3D and Asus Xonar DG. Which one is more preferred for gaming audio where positioning is more essential?
I will be using them with Windows 8 and games like Crysis 3, Tomb Raider etc
