sound card for front panel audio?

I have an AMS G-tower and it has a simple headphone out and mic in jack on the front panel. I would really like to be able to utilize this feature of the case. I can't tell which sound cards have outputs for this. I don't want a big gaudy bay extension, I just want to use the integrated case option. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you have an current Intel based motherboard it is very likely that it is compliant with the Intel Front Panel I/O Connectivity Design Guide, in which it will be easy to setup the configuration. Other motherboards (including current AMD based motherboards) will likely have a "Front Panel Audio Connector" onboard, but in either case you will need to look at your manual to find the layout of the pins.
