sound card compatibilty

I'm in the market for a new sound card. I have my sights set on the sound blaster XGAMER 5.1 PCI Sound Card, but i read some of the reviews about how some people were having mad problems with it. they said something like don't use it with windows me. if anyone has this card and is running windows me or win2k, can you tell me if your having any problems with it?
