no, the sound card is PCI, the motherboard have no PCI slots (only PCI Express, which is totally different and incompatible)

PCI slots are getting harder to find, I think the newest Intel PCH (chipset) with native PCI support is the B75.
(but some z77, z87 boads and others have PCI through an additional chip)

so from what i read pci express slots are compatible between all ranges (x1 - x16)

just to make double sure would this sound card work with the slot on the mb
