Sound card choice Montego or Audigy?

A buddy of mine is upgrading a couple of his rigs and is offering to give me either a Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card or Turtle Beach Montego DDL sound card. Which one should I take? I'm not a gamer but I do like to watch DVDs and other video types like Xvid and listen to Mp3 and CDs on occasion. Also I only have a 2.1 speaker system (Logitech X-220). Ideally I'd like to have a card with drivers thats upgradable to 64 bit Vista as well.

SB Audigy 2 ZS. While I don't think they have Vista drivers right now. I am sure they will and the montego's feature is its digital connectivity, something you don't need.
